Collections and Deliveries
Our Collection and delivery service operates Monday to Friday (except bank holidays) to and from the following areas. Our driver works during office hours only. Collections and deliveries from London are usually done between 10.00am and 12.00am or between 2.00pm and 4.00pm. We cannot give an exact collection or delivery time, but we will do our best to fit in with your requirements. On particularly busy days we may need to collect and deliver outside of these time slots, but we will discuss this with you in advance.
We advise that you do not feed your pet prior to collection, as sometimes the journey can make them sick. We will provide cat carriers for your cats, and your dogs travel in our secure cages fitted in our van. If your dog is nervous or temperamental we may require your assistance to load him into the van.
