Boarding
Kennels
 Our
kennels have been established for some twenty years, and we
are proud of the fact that most of our customers come back
two or three times a year. The kennels are spacious and clean
and our staff are conscientious. Dogs from the same home can
be housed together if the owner wishes. Our rates are reasonable
and we offer a collection and delivery service which operates
weekdays. The kennels are open seven days a week and we welcome
visitors during our opening times which are as follows :
Monday to Friday 8.00
a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
Weekends and Bank Holidays 8.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.
No appointment needed for viewing.
We have a variety of different kennels to suit different
dogs. Some outside, some inside. We have extra large kennels
for extra large dogs, or for housing two large dogs from the
same home. In the winter the inside kennels are heated ( at
no extra cost ). We stock a large variety of brand name foods,
both dry and canned, but owners are welcome to supply their
own food for any dog on a special diet.  Medication
can be given and we do not charge extra for this.
Dogs will be walked around the farm, which includes fishing
lakes, although we do try to keep the dogs out of the water
! Anti-social dogs will be taken on their own, although the
majority of our 'customers' enjoy the company of other dogs.
We also have a secure area where the dogs can stretch their
legs off the lead. This is particularly useful for some of
our younger residents, who like to play ball. We quite often
catch the staff having 'puppy parties' in the afternoon !
 Our
kennel staff are all animal mad ! Most of them not only own
dogs and cats, but horses as well. They can usually be found
on the farm even on their days off, which must say something
about the place !
We are also happy to look after your rabbits, Guinea Pigs,
Birds and anything else you can think of. Please contact the
kennels for details of small animal boarding.
As we are a licensed boarding kennels,
it is the law that all dogs boarded should be vaccinated against
Distemper and Parvo Viruses. A certificate must be produced
when your pet is brought in or collected, and retained for
the duration of your pets stay with us. If your pet is due
for his vaccination, arrangements can be made for our vet
to give the injection at the farm. The charge is £34.00
( including V.A.T ) We recommend that dogs are vaccinated
against kennel cough ( although this is not a requirement
) and that all pets are treated with a reputable flea treatment
prior to boarding.
We make every endeavour to ensure the health and happiness
of your pet whilst in our care and a veterinary surgeon from
House and Jackson, Blackmoor, Essex inspects the premises
weekly and is on call to us 24 hours a day. All pets, beds,
leads and toys are left at the owners risk.

Payment
We accept cash and all major UK credit and debit cards (not American Express, Diners club or JCB). Please note that credit card payments are subject to an additional 3% charge. There is no additional charge for debit card payments. We do NOT accept personal cheques.
Payment must be made at the start of your pet’s stay with us. Customers bringing their pets to the farm should pay on arrival at the farm. Customers using our collection service should pay by cash to the driver on collection, or by card over the phone prior to collection. We will contact you shortly before your pet is due to be collected to confirm payment details.
We will not accept any pet into the kennels without advance payment.
