Clean and spacious boarding kennels in a rural setting with friendly experienced staff and care that is second to none. Your dogs love our kennels because our kennel staff love your dogs!
Our indoor catteries are spacious and clean and are located away from the kennels, so your cat can relax in a safe calm environment whilst on holiday.
Our well equipped grooming parlour caters for both our boarding guests and non-boarding customers. Our qualified groomer has experience of most dog breeds and offers services from a simple bath to a full pedigree clip.
Our large friendly livery yard has three ménages and extensive summer grazing. Located right on the edge of Epping Forest, we have excellent access to the network of superb forest bridleways.
The fishery has four well stocked lakes which are available for day ticket fishing or for hire by clubs and organisations. We have the added bonus of having a large seated cafe on site serving hot and cold drinks and snacks throughout the day as well as the famous fisherman's breakfast!

How to get here:
We are located minutes away from junction 26 of the M25. From the motorway junction follow the A121 towards Epping/Loughton. After 200 yards you will find the Jewish Cemetery on the right hand side followed shortly by the Volunteer public house. Turn LEFT after the Volunteer into Woodgreen road. Southend Farm is then the first turning on the LEFT after passing underneath the motorway bridge. The A104 and the A112 also offer good road links from London.
By public Transport
Although we are in a rural location, there are some public transport links if you wish to get here by that method. The nearest train stations are Loughton (Central Line) and Waltham Cross (overground). Both are approximately 4 miles away. There is a bus service which runs from Loughton and Waltham Cross which is operated by Arriva transport. The route you will need is the 250. Check the Arriva website for timetables and more details.
